SHAPES

Basic two-dimensional shapes are important for a child going into the First Grade. Shapes help us organize our world into a uniform and structured environment. Most of the things that we encounter on a daily basis can be broken down into these shapes. Being able to recognize these shapes in our everyday life is an important skill. This skill can be used in art, drafting and engineering.
